Natalie embodies strength, positive attitude and courage, bringing a unique perspective of professional education to women in business. She has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from NYU Polytechnic University as well as an equivalent of Executive Masters from Harvard Business School (PLD) in Organizational Leadership.​​

Natalie has over 15 years of experience in Business Operations and Strategy and has worked for a variety of global corporations including Accenture, PwC and Thomson Reuters in US, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Russia.  Passionate about high-performance teams and organic company growth through its people, Natalie spent substantial time working with local teams such as teams in China.

Encouraged by her successful experience and supported by a network of friends and colleagues, Natalie started her own consulting business in Management Strategy and Business Operations. As an optimistic and collaborative business owner, she is focused on helping organizations improve and transform to achieve sustainable business growth and continuous improvement while managing the change through innovation. Natalie is passionate about helping women to break barriers in business and beyond and has recently joined the Board of Growth Source Academy to help amplify the importance of mentoring women to find a path to success and happiness in between balancing their passions and business.
